What cookies do we use? How to deactivate or activate them?

What is the duration of cookies?
Based on the duration of cookies, it is possible to distinguish between:

What are they and how long do they last? These cookies store data only for as long as you are browsing the site. They are useful for keeping track of your actions but are not retained after you close the page.
2. Persistent cookies:
What are they and how long do they last? These cookies store data even after you have closed the browser. They are useful, for example, because they can remember your login password so that you don't have to type it in each time. To whom do we disclose your data? Do we transfer them outside the european union?
The information collected through cookies is communicated to
- Antonio Marras S.r.l. and Calzedonia S.p.A. personnel in charge of managing and monitoring the Websites;
- suppliers and consultants, subject to stipulation of a contract of appointment as data controller or a contract of co-ownership.
The data collected may also be transferred outside the European Union. In this case, the transfer will take place subject to the adoption of appropriate safeguards or to countries adopting a level of data protection similar to the European one (and therefore recipients of "adequacy decisions") or subject to the conclusion of "Standard Contractual Clauses" adopted by the European Commission with Decision 2021/914.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights under the law regarding your personal data by writing to data.protection@calzedonia.com. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving it. In certain cases, we may ask you for additional data if, in connection with your request, it is necessary to verify your identity.
Right of access
You have the right to know whether any personal data concerning you is being processed and - if confirmed - to obtain a copy of that data and to be informed about: the source of the data; the categories of personal data processed; the recipients of the data; the purposes of the processing; the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling; the data retention period; your rights under the Regulation.
Right of rectification
You have the right to have the data in our possession concerning you rectified or to add data that is incomplete.
We remind you that when you communicate your data to us in order to use our services, you guarantee its truthfulness and accuracy. Help us to ensure that your data is always accurate by notifying us of any updates at data.protection@calzedonia.com.
Right of deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if we are no longer authorised to process it.
Right to limitation of processing
- You have the right to obtain restriction of processing in the following cases:
- You have contested the accuracy of your personal data. You can request the restriction of processing for the period during which we will verify the accuracy of your data;
- We are not authorised to process your data and, instead of deleting it, you can ask us to restrict its use;
- If the data in our possession - even though they are no longer necessary for us for the purposes of the processing for which they were collected - are necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend a right in court
- You object to processing based on a legitimate interest of ours. Pending verification of whether our legitimate interests prevail over those of you as the data subject, you may ask us to restrict processing.
Right to withdraw consent

Right to data portability
If we process your data on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract, or if the processing is carried out by automated means, you may exercise your right to data portability. You may then receive the personal data you have communicated to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You may also request to transmit your data directly to another company, provided that this is technically possible.
Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest, including profiling.
We also inform you that, if you consider that personal data concerning you are being processed in breach of the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority
